The Angry Gay Dude

So who is Angry Gay Dude? Well my name is Mike and I live in Los Angeles, CA. I have a variety of interests, from fitness, to music (like old school heavy metal, industrial, rock, house, some rap), to finance and investing, to philosophy to fast cars and gambling. Hm, did I mention drinking and drugs? (kidding I don’t drink or do drugs, save the occasional bong hit).

If I had to describe myself as a gay person, I would say I am “straight acting”, which is a term normally used to describe a gay male who isn’t obviously gay, either due to how he looks, how he carries himself, his tastes in clothes, music, sports, etc. Basically this is someone who doesn’t fall within the typical historic stereotype of gay men, which includes limp wristed, swishy, showtunes listening hairdresser/flight attendant/florist types. Instead, you might find these guys are, well – just regular guys that like regular guy things. I guess it goes a little deeper than that, but that’s the basic idea.

As for being angry? Well, I guess there’s been things most of my adult life that have bothered me either about being gay or about life in general, so I decided fuck it, i’ll start a blog and talk about it. Maybe someone will be able to relate, maybe not. Either way, nothing ventured, nothing gained, right?
